Once again Whyte’s have pulled out all the stops to put together a superlative collection of Irish history and there’s something to suit the collector of every political persuasion.  Lot.253. A copy of the Dublin Metropolitan Police Proclamation banning the assembly of workers on Sackville Street in August 1913, in pristine condition, is surely one of the highlights of the sale.
