The family of Ulster Artist, Seán Nichol, set up the gallery to show case his work and to share his passion and skill with others. Seán had been a member of the Royal Ulster Academy from the 1930’s to the 1960’s. His work encapsulates a tangible love for the wild rugged landscape of the West Coast of Ireland and the Antrim Coast line.
As well, as the work of Seán Nichol, the gallery displays paintings from other Ulster Artists who share an affinity with Seán, in particular, Maurice C Wilks and Charles McAuley.
